Mike " Frosti" Zernow has been practicing parkour and freerunning for over five years now and with each new experience be it on the Madonna Confessions Tour or the K-Swiss advetisments he brings not only his physical abilities but also a desire to create something new and exciting. With a background in martial arts, wrestling, track and field, breakdancing, and rock climbing Frosti combines personal style with creative vision and hard work.
